Catherine Miller, a key member of our Reconciliation Team, is a true asset to Vikor. She excels in accuracy and providing excellent client and patient care. And it shows in her work. Caroline Altman, Accessioning Manager, describes Catherine as “adaptable, proactive, and deeply caring about her peers and fellow employees.” It is our honor to highlight such an impactful team member as Employee of the Month (January 2023).

Catherine is perhaps best known for building community and camaraderie within the Recon department and Vikor at large. Matthew Privette, Reconciliation Team Lead, emphasizes her kindness by saying, “Catherine cares deeply about her coworkers and will go above and beyond to help anyone that asks. She has been a member of the Recon Team the longest; she is always there to support us, whether with her expertise or by providing emotional support chocolate.”

Catherine’s teammates can all agree that she is not only a shining star administratively but also creatively. She illuminates Vikor with her baking skills, sense of style, decorative flair and overall joyous presence.

“I am honored to be recognized as January’s Employee of the Month. It means so much to work for a company that values its employees not only on a professional level but also on a personal one. Vikor has been supportive of me through some very trying and difficult times, and I appreciate it more than I could ever express.
