Caroline Altman is Accessioning Manager, who oversees data entry of patient records. She is an exceptional employee who can brighten anyone’s day with her smile and positive attitude, some colleagues referencing her as “Vikor’s Sunshine.” Caroline constantly goes out of her way to help others and provide the best help possible, answering questions from team members and training them for accuracy.

Upon being named Employee of the Month (March 2021), Caroline responded, “I am beyond honored and touched to be recognized for hard work and serving others. I am passionate about people and working with others gives me fuel. My focus is to make sure my team has everything they need to be successful in his/her career at Vikor.”

Caroline expands on ideals of leadership and teamwork, emphasizing, “Help create the work environment you want to be a part of.”
