You couldn’t ask for a more upbeat employee than Jen Smith and Vikor is honored to recognize her as Employee of the Month (December 2022). Jen’s attitude and outlook are illuminating, and she brings a very positive energy to work daily.

Vikor colleagues submitted nominations noting her friendliness, commitment to excellence, leadership and attention to detail. Taylor Hancock, Director of Supply Chain and Logistics, noted that “Jen has endured all the changes in our workflow with a smile on her face and is always thinking about the next step or what can be done to improve processes. She works meticulously to ensure our clients get the accurate supplies they need. Jen is well deserving of this recognition, and we are grateful to have her on our team.” Jerad Chandler, Supply Chain Manager, notes that “Jen’s always aiming to do her very best and willing to go above and beyond to help the team in any way she can.”
